Party Rentals

Parties at Penn Fair Swim Club are a great way to invite your friends, family, or organization to join in summer fun!  Each party rental will guarantee the 3 picnic tables nearest to Lions Drive, under the two large shade trees.  Feel free to bring your own tablecloths, decorations, food, birthday cake, and drinks, but please remember that NO GLASS is allowed on pool grounds.  To reserve a party, simply contact us with the following details:

• Name
• Phone number
• Date of party
• Rain date, if desired
• Starting time of party

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with the reservation date and payment information after a board member has completed the scheduling process.  Payments must be made in full 1 week prior to the party.  Any fees due to additional guests over the 15 person limit will be due upon arrival.

Rates

• For PFSC Members: $200.00 for up to three (3) hours for up to 15 guests *
• For Non-Members:  $275.00 for up to three (3) hours for up to 15 guests *
• $75.00 for each additional hour
• $5.00 for each additional guest over the initial 15 (including adults and non-swimmers)

Sorry, but no party rentals on Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Weekend, Labor Day Weekend.

* Count does not include party attendees who are current Penn Fair members.  Any person on your list counts as a guest in your total, regardless of if they plan on swimming or not.

Rules

• You may arrive up to 30 minutes before your party is scheduled to begin setting up.  You are responsible for clean-up immediately after your party.
• All pool rules and regulations apply to the party host and guests.
• Guests must sign in and provide a phone number upon arrival.
• Guest behavior and actions are the responsibility of the host.
• Failure to comply with rules and regulations will result in expulsion from the pool without a refund.
• Penn Fair is not responsible for any unlawful or irresponsible acts by party guests on or off pool property.
• Rescheduling of a party due to unexpected inclement weather will occur ONLY if Penn Fair Board/Management closes the pool for weather.
• Final payment is due 1 week prior to the party.  Any fees due to additional guests over the 15 person limit will be due upon arrival for the party.
