Donation Opportunities

Penn Fair Swim Club is a 60 year old, not-for-profit,  members-owned and operated establishment. As Board Members of the Penn Fair Swim Club, in Hedgerow Woods, Morrisville, PA, we are continually seeking things we can do as fundraisers. We try to keep costs down to be accessible to all, therefore we do as much  fund-raising as possible to cover rising costs and unexpected emergencies.  We appreciate all donations made by our neighbors.
 

At this time, we are looking for local businesses who would donate at least a $25.00 gift certificate / card for use at one of our events: Basket Raffle for Memorial Day Picnic, our July $25 Gift Card-a-Day Raffle, Labor Day Raffle and Pups at the Pool event.
If you would like to donate for more than one, or a larger amount,  it would be very much appreciated.  If our members, last year that included around 95 families, when they win one of your gift cards / certificates, they will most likely spend far more than the $25.00 that brought them in. If they are not familiar with your business, this will be an invitation, if they are regular customers, this will bring them back!

    If you are interested in more aggressive advertising, we have a great Sponsorship Program.  Please see the Sponsorship Levels list included with this letter.  If yours is a restaurant, it’s beneficial to have your name and phone number in view of our members, makes your name front and center when the family gets hungry, but doesn’t want to leave the pool to make dinner.  If you have a service, members will be reminded, and your contact information will be front and center. And, again, it is advertising, if you have an advertising budget.
